Give ’em the Bird 5K Road Race

We are very excited to be holding our 5th Annual Community 5K run/2K walk to benefit the Easthampton Community Center.
The money raised by this event has ensured that hundreds of families will have a warm meal during the Thanksgiving and Christmas season. Last year with your help and the help from our sponsors we raised $25,000 and we hope to do the same again this year. This event SOLD OUT in early November last year. We are limiting the event to 500 total participants, so please sign up early.

The 5K run/2K walk course is a flat to rolling route past the mills and fields of Easthampton, starting and finishing at Millside Park. A course map can be found posted on the main page. The course will be well marked and staffed with volunteers. There is one aid station near mile 2. Approximately half of the course is on the rail trail closed to traffic and half is on rural roads that are open to traffic.

Participants must remain aware of traffic and follow the rules of the road.
Register online by November 9th to receive a race t-shirt.
Prizes for Male and Female overall winners. Medals will be awarded to top finishers in male and female age groups.
In order to make sure everything goes smoothly, we will CAP the total entries to 500. This event has SOLD OUT for the past couple years, and will undoubtedly do so again! Sign up ASAP to reserve your spot, we will not be able to take any participants past 500. Thank you for understanding.
There are no cash prizes; this is a community fund raiser! Important dates: November 8 is the last day to register online at the $25 level and get a t-shirt November 27 Packet pick-up 5-7pm at the breweries (see above) November 28 race day (Thanksgiving morning)
